Award winning stress management technique
Keep it cool, stay in control, be happy, be healthy…….
Is that how you survive in the chaos of your life? Do you stay centered in the whirlwind of activities around you? Are you coping with the overload of input in your life?
If any of your answers on these questions is NO, read further, because the solution is here!
I have managed to feel relaxed, while achieving more than ever before. I am fit and healthy, but not by missing out on anything that is supposed to be bad for you. It is the result of my main ‘survival mechanism’ to stay happy and healthy: meditation.
People are intrigued by it, interested and at the same time apprehensive.
Meditation seems something a bit remote from our modern way of living and there are a lot of fantasies and misconceptions around the subject, like:
- It cost a lot of time
- It is a religious practice
- It is not for me, I can’t do it
- You need to sit cross-legged and wear long dresses
- What good would it do me?
The truth could not be more different: you can do meditation for one minute and feel huge benefits, it has nothing to do with religion (unless you choose to meditate within a religious context), anyone can do it, sitting, standing, laying down, and it helps with numerous physical and mental conditions and it is a great way to enhance the quality of your life!
- My approach to meditation is based on traditional practices, combined with modern living aspect:
- all about practical, helpful, easy exercises.
‘Down to earth’ as my students say, as well as ‘Brilliant and easy to do’.
My mission is to make it easy for everyone to discover meditation andfind a way of incorporating it into a busy lifestyle. Hence, the Meditation Wave.
If you want to discover how meditation benefits you, please sign up for the wave. You will be able to develop a healthy habit of stepping out of your frantic lifestyle and give yourself a rest. It is a project for 28 days, that will take 5 to 10 minutes day.
